Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh), Sep 24 (IANS) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy along with his Karnataka counterpart B.S. Yediyurappa participated in the foundation stone-laying ceremony of Karnataka state charities at Tirumala on Thursday.

"Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka Chief Ministers participated in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTDs) Sundarakanda Parayanam for greater good and later partook in the foundation laying ceremony of Karnataka state charities at Tirumala," said an official.

Reddy reached the Renigunta airport on Thursday morning at 10:.40 a.m. after he completed a two-day tour of Delhi and Tirupati.

Andhra Pradesh's Deputy Chief Minister K. Narayana Swamy, Panchayat Raj Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, TTD Chairman Y. V. Subba Reddy and others bid farewell to the Chief Minister Jagan Reddy at the airport.

Reddy is returning to Gannavaram airport in a special flight after completing his Brahmotsavam.
