Ingredients
suji rava-1cup,sugar-1cup,grated coconut-1cup,cashews-10,raisins-10,ilachi-2 pieces,ghee-3 spoons,milk-1\4 cup.
Cooking Instructions
Take a pan fry suji finely in medium flame and keep a side. Add 3 spoons of ghee in a pan and fry cashews,raisins after frying that add grated coconut(fresh coconut gives good taste),fry that for 2 min and add sugar,fried rava,some ilachi powder and milk. Heat that in low flame for 2-3 min.Take that aside and make it into laddus,when it is little hot(applying some ghee to hand is tolerable from heatness).
